‘Volle Grond’ is a cooperative based in Antwerp. In collaboration with partners, supporters, farmers, and members, they are committed to the transition to a greener and more sustainable city, a local and organic food web, and a strengthened social fabric.
They guide the realization of urban farming projects: program of requirements, concept, design, permit application, construction, and management. Adriaan Vermeulen will provide an explanation of the PAKT rooftop farm in Antwerp, but will also showcase other urban farming projects.
