Communicate Green Roof Business Rules
Construction in France is framed by norms that refer to so-called “current techniques”. When the revegetation of non-accessible roofs developed and intensified more than twenty years ago, the profession drafted professional rules for the design and realization of green terraces and greenroofs, validated by the competent authorities, to establish the recognition of these new techniques as “current”.
These Rules have been updated regularly since they first published in 2002. The last one was made in 2018 and it remains more than ever inevitable to make them known and to sensitize the whole chain of construction to their importance and their role, from the developer to the installer, via the architect, the design office and the general company.
Not only is their compliance mandatory in terms of insurance, but also so that the implementation of the greenroofs is correct and sustainable. Adivet has therefore undertaken a broad campaign of information and communication about these Professional Rules to a wide audience for now on and in the incoming months.
